Delivery & Returns
All orders placed on our website before 3pm(GMT) will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm (GMT)or on weekends or bank holidays your item/s will be dispatched the following working day. If an item is out of stock you will be notified.
Once your item has dispatched you will receive an email notification confirming the item has been posted. You will also receive your unique Royal Mail Tracking Reference Number.
All items will be sent by recorded delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. We use Royal mail as our delivery partner. Royal Mail will leave a card notifying that they have taken the parcel back to your local depot in the event that there is no one available to sign.
Please ensure that your full postal address is provided.

Next day delivery is not an option for parts of the UK not attached to the mainland such as the Channel Islands, Highland & islands of Scotland, Shetlands. Delivery time will take around 3-5 working days to receive their parcel. Next day delivery is not an option for these areas.
We are happy to refund and exchange any items you are not completely satisfied with provided that:
· All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and the item should be in the same condition it was sent out and sealed.
· Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
· You return any unworn/unmarked items with their original tags/labels.
· It takes up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed from the day that we receive the goods from you.
· If you have requested an exchange for a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the original method of payment. This will take up to 7 days.
· Original delivery charges will be refunded once we have received the item in the same condition it was sent.
· You will be responsible for any delivery charges when returning goods for an exchange/refund.
· We will refund you the full amount once we have received the item therefore we advise that you use a trackable, signed for delivery method
which includes compensation to send the item(s) back to us. We ask this because if the goods get lost we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any item(s) that we do not receive or are lost in transit.
